The vanguard (also called the development guard) is the leading component of a progressing army formation. It has a number of features, consisting of seeking out the enemy and also securing ground in advance of the primary pressure.
The upcoming ShooterCall of Duty: Vanguard just has its first beta weekend exclusively for PlayStation behind. The community came across several problems here. One of the biggest: opponents are completely distorted when you shoot them.
What is the problem? On September 13, the pre-order beta for COD Vanguard ended on the PlayStation. There, the community looked forward to completely absurd Spawns and has found a particularly big problem associated with a new, optical feature.
The feature in COD Vanguard distorts opponents when you fire a weapon. This is supposed to be a realistic visual effect. As soon as you fires, the field of view grants around the mouth of your weapon.
Where does it come from? In a video, the COD expert TheXclusiveAce explains that it is an optical effect (via youtube.com). The feature is called Distortion , to German about: distortion or deformation.
The effect should obviously simulate how the muzzle fire of a weapon curves the field of view of the soldier. For some weapons, however, this effect is so enormous that opponents are visually completely deformed and look like wobbly windhos camades or as if they are the chosen of the matrix:
