Monster Hunter Rise discloses the details of the post

Some new details on Monster Hunter Rise were shared by Josh Dahdrai, Capcom UK Community Manager, as part of an interview with the YouTube channel. Arekkz Gaming. We learn more about gameplay and post-launching support for the game.

Capcom has obviously collected comments after the release of Monster Hunter: World, its most successful commercial game, and does not want the series to come back from the formula that has been appreciated in the latest version.

Capcom Explains Why Monster Hunter World Isn't On Nintendo Switch

Monster Hunter Rise players can expect the same transparent exploration of Monster Hunter: World, with players and monsters freely moving on the card without loading screen. The goal here is to propose a crossing that will feel both new as in Monster Hunter: World and Old School as the titles of the previous series out on the Nintendo platforms.

Capcom has clearly indicated that Monster Hunter Rise is not considered a derived title but as a main version, and this will be reflected even in the denomination, which now represents the idea behind the game and not a simple succession of episodes.

From a technical point of view, Monster Hunter Rise will be the first Nintendo Switch game to be built on Re Engine, which should help improve the graphics and performance of the previous versions of Capcom's Switch.

The image frequency lens is 30 IPS, the studio aims at the best game possible while working in an online multiplayer environment.

Support for Re Engine on Nintendo Switch could also open more scenarios. The engine was used for titles such as Resident Evil 7, 2 and 3, which had been excluded for the console because it did not yet have a specific version of the tool.

Capcom will reveal more monsters for the Monster Hunter monsters in the future, and these will understand different types, depending on the comments heard on the last game of the franchise.

Monster Hunter Rise will also offer free content after launch, in the same way as Monster Hunter World received.

Monster Hunter Rise, however, is not the only Monster Hunter game to go out on Nintendo Switch in 2021; Monster Hunter Stories 2 comes soon too.
